Hi to all!
I've been Q-ing for a while, but would lke to learn more about competition BBQ.  The family favorite is pork ribs, but we enjot puled pork, beef brisket, chicken, and salmon as well.

I am a founding member of Arizona Society of Homebrewers, which has hooked up with AZBBQ for the annual event.  Beer and bar-be-que is a match made in heaven!

I have a New Braunfels offset fire box, upright cooking chamber smoker - pictures (hopefully) attached.
Looking for tips on how to improve!

Welcome Doc.  You'll find lots of info here.  Competition BBQ, while fun, is a lot of work.... but so well worth it IMO.  Hopefully we'll see you out at the event this weekend.

Did you say something about beer??  ::)

Doc,  Welcome to the site, glad you found us.  We hope to see you online here more and out at many of our events.

We would love to do a joint event with you and the homebrewers as well, sounds like it could be a match made in heaven.  BBQ & Beer... Ahh Yes..

If you get a chance to come on out to this Saturday's BBQ Cook-off, make sure to stop by the AZBarbeque booth and ask for me.

We also have our Annual Holiday Party coming up on the 13th of December out at Big City BBQ on Alma School and the US 60, hope you can make it out to that as well, they are always a blast and a great time to meet lots of our members and put some faces to names.

Hope you enjoy the site and all it has to offer, we really have a lot of great members on here (over 600) and are averaging over 1.4 million hits per month on here, so we are pretty proud of our Club.

Post some pictures of your BBQ Conquests as we LOVE pictures over here.

WELCOME!!!

Welcome, Doc!

Must have met you at this year's Octoberfest at Kiwanas Park.  ASH is a great organization (I am a member).  Hope we can get the BBQ folks and the Homebrewers together more often.  It really is a match made in heaven.....kinda like pigs and fire.
