Hello,

  I am not an expert BBQ guy but I know what tastes good.  Looking forward to getting insights from the other members and maybe one day have something to add that can help somebody else.

  I am getting ideas about adding a smoker to the home arsenal.  I currently use a Weber Genesis Propane grill and just got a Weber Performer off Craigslist (Don't know why I waited so long).
