Well, I guess I am new.  Mike has been slow cookin' me into grilling.  I met Mike and all the AZ guys at Stagecoach last year.  Since then I headed up the purchase of a diamond plate grill from Mike.  What a doozie.  The grill is now complete!!!!  I will attach photos later, but it is like "pimp my grill... police style."  I have decked it out with sheet matal, signage and two light bars... one rotating and one LED.  The thing is awesome.  I am looking at adding a siren later.  Now if we only knew how to use it.  I am hopeing that a few coppers can join together with you AZ guys for a few of your cook-offs so we can get some knowledge.  Then... we will see you at Stagecoach.  We can't grill, but we can have a good time.  I think I would be hard pressed to find anyone to grill when they could be making time and a half working the event.  I put in 90+ hours of overtime during Coachella Fest and Stagecoach just last year.  We'll see you there though.  Happy Grilling!

Jeremy,

Welcome to the site, great to see you finally on here.  I can't wait to see what you have done with the Smoker.

You are absolutely more than welcome and invited to join us at any cook-off we are at and we will be more than happy to have you work with us on a cook-off.

We have our big one coming up in November and I always sponsor an AZBarbeque team, so bring your grill out here for display and cook with my team on ours and just have a great time.

You guys were great out at Stagecoach and we certainly look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Congrats on your new baby as well, you must be on Cloud 9 right now.

Hope to see you soon.

Enjoy the site and all it has to offer.  We look forward to seeing lots more posts from you and your buddies.

Thanks for the welcome guys...  I finally got some finished (for now) pics of our grill.  I can't figure out how to shrink them though to meet the needs of posting requirements.  So.... I am sending a few pics to mike and I hope you will shrink them for me and post them.  We are all happy with the grill.  We are kicking it off with a BBQ to honor 25 of our local youth from the Boys and Girls Club of Cathedral City.  Wish us luck!
