My name is Mike Waid, I live in Gilbert AZ but am originaly from Camarillo CA. I love cooking and always seem to do it for our functions around the house and friends places. I cook in a white trash barrel. When people see it they always say I am not eating out of that, and who ever is there that has, just says. "Thats cool just meens more for us"  I want to start alittle catering thing, but don't know where to start. I also would like to start some competitions(something local)  well thats it for now. Thank you

Welcome to the forum. I'm going to build a drum smoker when I get back from the south Atlanta area, where I'm taking training. DW doesn't understand why I need one, cuz I've got the horiz offset Brinkmann. Then again, she doesn't have 12 pairs of shoes. What kind of woman did I marry??!!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
