Hi,
I've been in the East Valley for 10 years, and decided I needed to get a hobby. The pic is my 1st pork loin (last Saturday) which I used a N Carolina recipe. I'm glad I found this site and look forward to seeing some or all of your teams in the comps. I'm not ready to compete yet, but I feel I can learn a lot from watching.
