What's up??? My name is Casey (BBQ Steve's son) looking forward to getting out and rolling! I have tried a lot of recipes on the small smoker at the house and looking forward to trying them on the Big Dog and meeting everyone!

Full time teacher, coach every sport under the sun, golf, and of course BBQ!

We'll post pics of the new smoker once we get the logo and everything finalized! Stay tuned for Da Boyz BBQ!

Casey, I'm glad you found the damn site too. Wait, something's wrong there...

What is your new smoker? Or are we speaking of Tex-a-Que's former unit? That one's been trained pretty well!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
