Hey, welcome to the site, great to have you.  We are all like one big family here, so jump on in and enjoy the site/club and all is has to offer.

The best place to get a whole pig is from one of our great Club/Site Sponsors, McReynold's Farms.  Contact them at 602-269-6788 or visit their web site at http://www.mcreynoldsfarms.com/  Let them know you are an AZBarbeque member.  Make sure to take lots of pictures of your cook, we LOVE Pictures here.  ;)

Hope to see you out at some of our future events, we do have some fun ones.

Mike had Drew from McReynolds farms call me. I ordered a 80lb pig for Tues of next week. I will take lots of pictures to post. I also read on one of the forums to stuff the pig with chickens and smoke it that way. Gotta try this!
I have heard of Turduckin for Christmas, I guess this will be Pigchicken for Thanksgiving.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
