Stupid cheap pecan wood! $50/cord!! Casa Grande

I've not dealt with this person and I don't know the condition of the wood, but that is beyond cheap!  I wish I had room for it!!  Pecan is awesome for regular firewood too!

The guy must be hungry... I couldn't buy a "rick" of pecan for $50 in Oklahoma where it was plentiful much less a cord. I wonder if the CL poster made a typo?

Not sure but it sounds like they just want to get rid of it.  I emailed them to send a picture or give some more info on the wood (split, seasoned, etc.).  We'll see what they say.

I couldn't agree with you more Thomas, that is why I set some precautionary statements in my original post.  I will say without hesitation that Berry Bros. is THE place to go for wood.  But if your checkbook will only allow termite ridden soggy crap wood, you should have that option :)
THis person has not replied to me yet BTW, signs of a flake...
