Can anyone tell me if they've used pellets from BBQr's Delight or similar? If so, how were the results etc. I'd be using them in a vertical gas smoker. Any advice would be helpful.

Yes wood pellets in a foil pouch will help you get some wood smoke flavor into your BBQ
