Home Depot is having a sale on Kingsford briquets. Two 20 lb. bags sold as a 2-pack for $9.97. I am going to stock up for the summer. It's all good my friend.

GOSM big block, Weber 22.5 in one touch, AMZN cold smoker. I Grow NM Heritage 6-4, NM Jalmundo, NM Vaquero, Poblano,Serrano Tampiqueno. Habaneros are Orange, Antilla, Bondo Ma Jacque, and Red Savina. I use mesquite, cherry, apple, alder, and red oak chunks.

However, many Dutch oven folks are replying that when they get to HD, they are actually $7.97 for two 20 lbs bags. Great savings !

OK, my brother Sterling (Skouson here) calls me up this morning, to talk him OUT OF getting some more Kingsford bluebag.

Unless you have a LARGE truck, his stack of charcoal won't all fit in your truck.
 
Me, I've only got 6 or 7 bags of Mesquite chunk charcoal.

Currently cooking with a newly built UDS,(thanks to Skouson, my brother) which is my current best smoker.  I've also got a Weber Performer, also from Sterling.  My brothers think I'm CRAZY.  (Strangely, they're right.)

Just thought that id let you all know that Walmart on Stapley in Mesa has quite a few of the 2x16.9 pound blue bag Kingsford packs for $7.50.

Thanks for the tip. Sad I missed the HD sale but that Walmart is right down the street from me. Going to hit it up.

Look for a similar deal right before the July 4th weekend.
