I can go to my maker now, knowing I've seen it all. Dallas Cowboy Hardwood Charcoal. It was on sale here in San Antonio, $3.98 for 9lbs, down from $4.98. If you use this in competation, will you finish any better than the Football Cowboys.

Seen that at our grocery store......luckily we came by a barbeques galore so I picked up a bag of ono charcoal. The store redeemed itself though. pork picnics for $.88/lbs, spares for $1.89/lbs, brisket for $1.29/lbs and out front they have quite an assortment of grills and smokers, including quite a few models of chargriller. Even the half gasser, half charcoal grill.
There's alot of things I am liking about Austin, but when the chain neighborhood grocery stores carry grills and smokers...well...just makes ya feel welcome.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
