Ya, thats my stepdaughter, Jen. She's been tending bar at Notorious since the Desert Ridge days. She now works for one of the original owners of Notorious at 32nd St & T Bird location (now its the Hammered Hog). I went in for the first time a few weeks ago and talked to the owner about his style of BBQ. Some of it I really liked, some not so much. I guess it all comes down to how the head chef likes it and if its the same as what you like it. But he was a very passionate person about his bbqing. Has a really nice, huge smoker in the back, smokes exclusively with pecan wood, and cold smokes a lot his meat prior to bbqinq. We had a very interesting discussion.
If you decide to stop in, go to the bar and give Jen a hard time. Just expect some serious sarcasm back. Thats her specialty
