I left it up to the wife, and she wanted BigCityBBQ....so that's where we went. It was definitely worth driving in all that traffic to get some really good BBQ! I normally don't drive up in the valley if I can avoid it, too many crazy people with cars for my tastes, but I would do it again if it meant more BBQ! My wife had the hot link sandwich with a side of black-eyed peas and fried okra, and I had the ribs with slaw and beans. The food was so good....it's like this...if I was to put the food on top my head, my tongue would slap my brains out trying to get to it! The sauce was fantastic too. I was eating the sauce right off the plate it was so good!
I liked the paper towel rolls on the tables....good idea! The staff was great...very friendly and helpful with any problems we might have had. I enjoyed talking with Joe about the food, BBQing and such. So much I could learn there. Definitely 1000% enjoyed it!
