I plan on getting out there about 9 am to show them the club's support.  It would be great if lots of our AZBarbeque Club Members could also stop by during the day & show them some support.

We certainly wish them the best of luck & look forward to seeing them a lot more in the near future.  ;)

I'll be in California otherwise I'd stop by (again).  Went there Monday with a couple of friends and enjoyed it.  You could literally drink the moist brisket.  I never had meat melt like that in my life.  Good stuff.

Hey Scott, I had lunch there today but if I am still in town I will try to meet you there at 11:30. Wish I had seen this post earlier so not to eat there two days in a row but will get a chance to try more of their menu is a good thing. Hope to see you there.

Well, I had a great lunch out there with Mike of AZ BBQ fame and Brandon with Route 66.  Their moist brisket is ridiculous on some white bread w/ BBQ sauce, some onions and a couple of pickles.  We got to hang out with one of the owners today and they definitely have it figured out.  If you haven't been, I would definitely give it a try.

Great time out there today.  Awesome to see so many of our AZBarbeque members out there.

Thanks to Dean, Brandon, Scott & James for showing up while I was there and I know they said other members showed up before I was there and after I left, so great support.

They do have it figured out there and I have to say, to date, I think they have the best BBQ in the Phoenix area.

Today we tried the Moist Brisket, Pork Loin, Dry Rub Ribs & of course, their famous Cream Corn.  All of it was amazing.

I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised with their ribs.  Not many places can do a Dry Rub right good and the one today was very good.

Great job guys, we certainly wish you the best of luck.  Keep BBQing up some great food..

The wife and I didn't get there until about 3:30. The Brisket and Pork loin were excellent as usual and now we can even have a cold BEER also.

Had a great lunch with Scott and Mike and all the food and company was superb! These Texas BBQ Boys know BBQ and if you give it a try you too will be hooked. I rarely go out for BBQ but for some reason their moist brisket keeps me coming back anytime I am in their area. Twice in the past two days. Thank God I live in Parks or I might be there more often.

Congratulations on your Grand Opening and wishing you success.
