Kind of almost nearly got to meet Joe but did get a look at the pit and a couple of pics. Must have been Rose that waited on me, she was really nice and the service was great. I had a big ole thick brisket sandwich with cole slaw and white beans with brisket along with some sweet tea. Tried both sauces with a bite of the sandwich but that was all, it didn't need sauce. I also had a few bites of the Heaven on a Bun mix of brisket and pulled pork, the only item on the menu that they pre sauce which was also pretty good. My mom would have been proud of me cuz I made a happy plate.
It was gooood eatin. Got some sweet tea to go also.
Going to try and time my trip back from Vegas so I can get back in there on the way home.
