which would you choose?

personally, i'm not big on the "highest number of small items" sort of challenges like the Don Juan breakfast taco from Austin.  and as much as i love heat, i doubt i could tackle any of his hotwing or the NY Phaal curry challenge.

but i'd have to admit, if i could do just one...i think it would be the Kodiak Arrest challenge from Alaska (if only for the 3 lbs of king crab).  i'd have to pass on the big foot lodge sasquatch challenge and the amarillo steak one. man...i just don't think i'd pass up that crab or that reindeer sausage.

I think I can eat hot food now. So barring another trip back east to pick from the wall of flame at California Tortilla, I'd like to try one of his hot food experiences. I just wonder how many Chipotle burritos would stop him...I could eat 2 to win a bet. If there was real money involved I could get thru three, maybe a bit further. But I doubt it. 20 or 30 years ago...

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

They should do a "Day After" feature on Adam. It would be interesting (and likely disgusting) to hear how his digestive tract handles dozens of habaneros or 10 lbs. of meat in a sitting. I'm bettin' it ain't pretty. :-X

I did a wing challenge once which was to eat 10 hot wings that had basically a paste on them not sauce.  I got a picture on the wall and indigestion for a week.  Seemed like a good idea until half way through

About 10 years ago I was driving to work one day listening to KGME 910. It was the week before the ASU-UA game. They were looking for volunteers to represent each school for 10 different fun competitions. I happened to be driving nearby so I pulled into the station and volunteered for a wing-eating contest. I was as big as the two UA guys put together. The announcers were tickled. We waited a minute for our other Sun Devil to arrive. In walks this frat bro who looked like Fat Albert. The look on the Wildcats' faces was priceless. Needless to say we smoked 'em by a margin of over 2-to-1. Definitely one of my proudest Sun Devil moments, albeit a spontaneous one. >:D
