If anyone is planning on going to the island of Maui anytime soon i strongly suggest Fat Daddys smokehouse in Kihei. I ate there twice on vacation and it was great. The atmosphere is very down home style. I ate ribs, brisket and pulled pork there. All of it was great. The only problem i had was somehow i got bbq sauce all over me i had it from my eyes down to my toes. Everything was pretty fairly priced and the goblets of beer washed everything down nicely. I hope if anyone here plans a trip to maui they will take the time to try Fat Daddys.
