I was in Syracuse, NY this week, and dropped by Dinasour BBQ.....a spot I saw on TV not long ago. It was a packed house for lunch and I ordered 3 ribs (spares/St.louis cut) and brisket. Both had an great smoke ring, however not a lot of smoky flavor, almost no rub present. As I highlight, I ordered the fried green tomatoes for an app., which was freaking awsome. I had it in the south once, but now that i've loved it twice, im gonna give it a shot this weekend!!
