I need some good brisket bad and i'm renovating my condo so i don't have the time to make my own right now can anybody help me?

I have spent 19 years looking for good Brisket let alone great brisket and have yet to find it in any restaurants AZ.  :'(

Now I don't claim to know good brisket but    J Ruggs on power/ baseline in mesa   was real good.

Yes.....get certified as a certified BBQ Judge and judge some contests this year.  You'll taste some phenomenal brisket at these events.
