wow I didn't know the back story to the new place. There going to be using the same recipes apparently so who knows what will happen. I haven't met the pitmaster yet so that should be interesting. I heard the dad will be around the new place while the son will be running the original like you said.

I'm sure there will be no "official" connection between the two. Some of the recipes are handed down by generation, especially the sauce. As you know, BBQ is best when cooked w/ love, recipe or not. Good luck there, hope it's a big success for ya.
