Never used?  How can that be.  Just the excitement of getting the unit would entice me to fire it up at least once.

It is a long stories about not being used, but I have 2 and use the other one alot. Just don't need 2 of the same. By the way Azkitch, that wasn't pecan you smelled, it was apple.

Crap, I should check the site more often.  I would have jumped all over this one.  I used this same model last year for competitions.  Great smoker, but the one we used was my team mates.  I'll have to keep looking.
