First off if you need pics I can do it the next time I use my left over pulled pork. I have a round cast iron skillet that holds 10" tortillas perfectly. I butter the bottom of the tortillas slightly and while that is browning on the bottom I spread BBQ sauce. Add pulled pork, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos (pickled), Diced fine, Cover with 4 blend Mexican cheese, few splashes of Smoked Chipotle Tabasco sauce then throw under the broiler to melt and cook the Pork Mexican Tortilla Pizza.
PS I don't know what spell check is used here but I had to make 3 trips to the fridge to spell Chipotle right. LOL
