Get Your Rub On BBQ Twice Baked Potato

1 medium baking potato (Cook time dependent on cooking method)

1- cup Get Your Rub On Classic Spread ( recipe to follow )

1/3 cup room temp milk

1/2 stick or to taste of butter

Spread recipe: Mix all three spread ingredients well in bowl and set aside.

8 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 cup Get Your Rub On Classic Rub

 Directions

Bake potato as you would any other. When baked cut in half length wise and allow to cool for a few minutes for easy handling. Take spoon and carve out meaty portion of potato leaving about a 1/4 inch around edges and bottom to give the skin support.

Mix potato, milk, butter and Classic Spread together add salt and pepper to taste. Once mixed scoop back into skins and place back in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

This is one "Kick Butt" spud.

Sounds like on tasty twice baked potatoe...  I will have to try this one.  Bet it would be even better with melted cheese and cripsy bacon atop it.
