This is my southwestern version of a coleslaw.
1 head green cabbage shredded
1 head red cabbage shredded
2 carrots shredded
1 cup chopped cilantro
4 diced jalepeno
2 oz tequila
juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp grain mustard
2 cups mayo
1 tbsp chile powder
1 tsp cumin
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the chile powder, cumin, and garlic, salt and pepper. Toss with the cabbage, cilantro, carrot, and jalapenos. Chill in the fridge for a couple hours.
