Thought I would share these with all. The big guy went on at 6 a.m. Saturday and his cohort respectively at 8 a.m. They coalesced somewhere around 1 a.m. Sunday. Well worth the wait.

Those briskets are looking mighty fine!!!  If you don't mind telling me, what were their starting weights and at what temperature were you keeping your cooker?  I'd guess that it was in the 225°F range considering the length of the cook.

You are correct indeed 225. Broke in a new off set with the big one (12 lbs.) the other(9 lbs.) went on "Old Faithful" my other off set of some 10 yrs. now. Thanks for the kudos!

I'll try and get those pics on tomorrow. As you will be able to see we are slightly "Grill Challenged". But more on that later.
