Baron Von Yagermeister  monogrammed team phattie! Third cook on new Pro Q. Thanks Crash for the hook up and thanks Dean for the tips today. That log I started to smoke with today is still smoldering! Ha! Sun dried tomatoes, jalapenos, Gorgonzola cheese, pretty tasty!

Wrapped at around 165 and pulled it at around 200. It came out nice!
