By the way, here's the one I did the next night.  It was ok, but I bet the pictures of yours tasted better than my fatty did.  Not that mine was that bad, it's just that yours looks tasty as heck!  I tried as hard as I could to get it all lined up for a "Dean" food presentation picture, but it just can't be imitated.  Looks more like a caterpillar sushi roll.
