Here are some ribs I grilled up for the game on Saturday. I was running out of time so I had to use the gasser. Made my own rub & used General Tsaos sweet & sour sauce on them. They came out pretty good.

Looking good.  I've used sweet and sour sauce before and I like the different taste.  But, I'm still a BBQ sauce kind of guy.
