PB Burgers

Mr. JohnnyC,
If you patty your burgers, put a whole in the middle with your finger.
Cooking will not seal the hole. The cheese will melt down into the hole and what a presentation.
Plus even if you could them well done (I don't hopefully) they are juicy.

I call mine "Hole in the Wall" burgers.

Actually, the other burgers I made that night, I made patty halves, folded up single slices of cheese, put it between the halves, then pressed the edges of the halves sealed. The cheese melted inside the burgers. I saw that done on DD&D.

Not that PB in burgers isn't a bad idea, but have you guys tried putting bacon and cheese in you hamburger and then grilling it.  OMG!!  Bacon makes everything better!!

well do we not use somesort of jelly's in our sauces baste's etc franchised or home made? or is it just me oops lol. will take it one burger at a time sounds like time for a burger bust 09 challenge? now i am out of the hospital im out for your buns hmmmm didn't sound right :o :o but u get my drift!!! :P :P

AZJOHNNYC, THE BASHA'S IN TAYLOR USE TO SELL BACON GRIND BURGER MEAT AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD BUT I GUESS IT DIDN'T SELL WELL CAUSE THEY STOPPED CARRYING IT!
