Well, I guess cooking something wasn't enough. I decided, might as well cook up some leftovers for the next couple weeks too. So I cooked up a brisket flat, a bcc, trout, ribs, abt's, cheddar/bacon tater salad, beans and garlic bread. Had a few neighbors over to enjoy the food. Here are the pics

I have a habit of cooking for an army. Even if it's just me and Cindy.

I am looking at my caller ID and I don't see any calls from you Bear. You invite your neighbors for some good food but not your BBQ team members?
Man that food looks great! I have never cooked trout in the smoker. How do you prep it?

I stuffed the trout with lemon wedges, parsley and dill, and smothered the outside with Cindy's thai hotwing mixture. The recipe is in the bbq recipe thread.
