Johnny that all looks great. In this case it has got to be the smoker and not the cook!  :angel: Just kidding you did great on the food and a fantastic job getting the lang up to cooking condition!!!

There are several fatty recipes/ideas on here. Take the basic idea and twist it into your own. They're pretty easy and versatile.
