One of our AZBarbeque competition team members got drawn for Bow Hunting this past weekend and here's what he came home with.

Looks like we will have some BBQing to do soon...  ;)

Thanks,  As soon as I get the meat back (about a month) we'll have to test some rubs or marinades  ;D ;D ;D.  I saved the tenderloins for "special" occasions  ;).

 Nice bull. I drove past  a bull and 5 cows yesterday morning headed to Heber. He must have been in a hell of a fight to keep those cows. One side of his rack was busted off near the base. I would bet the losing bull must have been in really bad shape if he survived.

I get all my bbq meats etc, from Sams , I like thier size and quantity, cant beat the price either!!!!!
