It's ground lamb and beef. I just used that cavender's or something like that...greek seasoning (yellow can). I rolled it up tight in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for a few hours. Cooked it indirect till it looked done. Than I let it rest, sliced it up and cooked on the griddle.
The tzaziki sauce is plain yogurt, with a cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped, some dill, garlic, juice of a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. I usually add tehini, but the stores here stopped stocking it.
