There's a brisket on the pit today and, unless things have changed, it could get ugly!

On the other hand, we might be in store for another batch of what I like to call "Accidental Chili".

Nothing on the pit, but I did make 2 gallons of chili today.   Used my smoked habanero's for heat, mmmmmm.
