Well it's been awhile since I have had time to do any BBQ. That all changed this weekend. My son was given a half of elk buy a friend and we butchered it last week. So this weekend I made up 30 lb. of Bratwurst and 10 lb. of summer sausage. This was the first time I tried to do summer sausage. I am real pleased with the results. I just wish I had done more of it.
