Great looking Chicken.  Do you use a Dry Rub on it.  From the pictures, I can't tell.  

Looks very tasty though....

Great job... I told you that FAT 50 cooks great...  ;)

There is a light rub on the chicken.  Actually, I used to only do dry rubs, but judges seem to favor meat with sweet sauce, so I made some up.  It's not what I would do normally, but I do it for comps.

Those ribs and Brisket look fantastic.  Great smoke ring on the Brisket... Must be the Diamond Plate Smoker...  ;D
