Another Brisket

A week later and cooked another brisket. Tweaked the rub and and the added juices when I wrap to take to final temp. I think I've got the brisket nailed now. Still putting off trying to master the chicken. Enjoy the pics. I just need to learn to take unblurry ones.

looks great! The best juices i've added when I foil has Corona on the bottle!
