Hi all!

Just do not have the time to visit regularly, so here are a few of my last few weeks cooks.

Oh my...That sirloin looks wonderful. Prob'ly cost less than hangaburger....(hairball coughing noises)

Nice cooks. That sirloin looks cooked like I like them, just warmed up. Is that parsley and creme fresh on top?

These Sirloins were on the Weber for about 25 minutes over Medium High. The stuff on top is a butter mixed with Parsley and onions.
