I have been really good about working out since 2009 started (and after my doctor gave me a very scary speech) and I feel pretty good. So I signed up for Pat's Run. Anyone interested in doing this with me?

Do you know what time it is??  I have my college alumni Surf & Turf bash and I can't give up the one time of year I get LOBSTAH, but I would love to run this if it doesn't interfere.

Looks like we're going to be able to do this.  Looking forward to it!  Ok, not so much looking forward to 4.2 miles because I thought it was 3.2 but I'll make due  ;D

Just joking, Erin.  I look forward to competing in this race with you.  You are not going to beat me like J. Lo did at the Mailbu Triathlon last year..... :-[

Mike you should come with us! It is a run/walk. I am hoping to run the whole thing but I may need to walk some and I know several people go out and walk it just to be part of a great event in honor of Pat!
