Mike, Thanks for the time table. Thats what I was looking for. My wife and I will be out on Saturday and are looking forward to the whole experience. We thought we were going to make it Friday, but a few days of sick leave from work earlier this week put the kabosh to that, thanks to that damned crud thats going around.

Setup day was fantastic out at Rock Springs! Couldn't ask for better weather with the temps at about 80 and a light breeze. Good times....

First time at a BBQ Cook-off.  I have been looking at this site for a date we could attend.  Brought my wife and son and sons friend.  We learned a thing or two about then to show up!!  Missed the Chicken and Ribs

However, we did get to try several samples of pulled pork and brisket.  Wow, I gotta say it would be difficult to be a judge. 

Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the Rock Springs Cafe.  Nice 2 piece band playing.  Did some Geo Caching in the desert east of cafe.  Beer, BBQ and music on a absolutely gorgeous day.  If I get some sex today I will deem it a perfect day!!!  We will come again.  Maybe just me next time so I have time to meet some people.
