A unique breed of Caterer The Wild Bunch! specializes in helping people build relationships through the use of food. They take an otherwise time consuming - expensive task of preparing and serving food during large important social events and turn it into a carefree, cost effective social success. Now that don't mean they are the cheapest but it does mean your food will have a superior flavor, be plentiful, served on-time and be hot. The Wild Bunch! doesn't use fat yellow chickens and they don't open bottles for their BBQ sauce. They spend a little more on meats and ingredients up-front in the pursuit of full-figure flavor. From the tops of mountains or the bottom of canyons to your back yard The Wild Bunch! has traveled to some interesting spots around the State... Back in '05 they fed a number of highfaultin dignitaries at the Fossil Creek decommissioning ceremonies up in rugged Childs-Irving, AZ. In Bumble Bee they served a nationally recognized charity trail ride Caballero Del Sol, four squares a day for almost a week and more recently was invited to serve at Super Bowl XLII, not to mention other corporate events where they comfortably feed as many as 3,000 people a great BBQ lunch in just a few hours. K.I.S.S The Wild Bunch! doesn't try to be everything to everybody. What they do is create dynamic tasting food by using homemade ingredients, proprietary rubs and secret recipes handed down for generations (OK, Bob borrow a few from the internet too) which ensures their robust flavors. They have been asked to serve some rather unique foods over the years like Bacon Wrapped Rattlesnake or a Lobster Boil and they excel with a mouth watering Rib-eye or even a Pig Roast. Heck, you can even find economical Bratwurst, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers on their menu. The Wild Bunch! usually has something to please everyone. Bob & Jeri Lynn WHO? Bob & Jeri Lynn Willis, owner-operators of The Wild Bunch! have invested a lifetime in service to others. Both starting out and actually meeting in "the Business" where their love for serving others and each other flourished. A half-dozen years into it they got hitched and Jeri Lynn pursued a career in Corporate America while Bob continued on in the restaurant business. Both climbing corporate ladders, Bob was invited to become part of the management team for a popular local sports restaurant chain. There he spent the next fifteen years building successful business using a simple thought still practiced today. Promise made, Promise kept, Promise delivered! After having two great Sons it came time to take a break from the demanding restaurant business to help raise the boys. (They thought the restaurant was tough) Try Den Mother, Cub Master, Little League or Football Coach all the while balancing full time jobs. Then a local restaurateur that knew of their background offered them an opportunity to cater to his clients - a chance to get back in the business and they jumped at it. Happily The Wild Bunch! continues to grow every year and stay active in their community by continuing to "give back" anytime they can. Supporting groups like Phoenix Children's Hospital, New River Senior Center and the Cave Creek YMCA with their fund raising efforts they hope to help make a difference. . Now through our relationship with Michael Reimann and the great group at AZBarbeque.com, we want to do even more.
