Title: WSM Gizmo

When cooking on the WSM I did not have any place  for the digital thermometer. Did not want to stick it to the side of the WSM because of heat and no flat surface ---- If you have installed "ACE" handles, this is a flat plate with a tube welded on at an angle -- slide the tube into the handle and install thermometer --- simple but works
