That's a big grill! OK, I have looked twice now but what is that in the picture around the chicken? I can't figure it out?

At first I thought is was acorn squash...but I don't know why it's hollowed out.

Always better to ask for forgiveness, than permission.  That is how I have my Kegerator and about 80% of my cookers.   ;D

OH, and buy a comfy couch

There was no one to ask permission, therefore no one to beg forgiveness from.  So, I bought it.  Replacement handles cost $42+.  Legs were mounted wrong so configuring them correctly leveled the cooker out.  I gave the guy $200 of the $250 he was asking, so with the handles I still ended up with about 250 into it.

I got it a few weeks ago, and just got the handles etc.  I have not restored it yet, byt I have cooked on it.  I did ABT's, ABT style W/Anaheim peppers. Italian Sausages wrapped in bacon and a few other appetizers.  Somewhere I have a picture of it loaded up.  If I can figure out how to post a pic I'll do it so you can see how much this Big Mama can hold!

You're welcome. I called on it before we left for Havasu and got the news when I got back that it was gone. I'm jealous! If I didn't go to Havasu, it would have been mine.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
