Well, I told someone on a thread on the USD tab that I would post photos of the Skouson Weber aggregation. Here goes:

Currently cooking with a newly built UDS,(thanks to Skouson, my brother) which is my current best smoker.  I've also got a Weber Performer, also from Sterling.  My brothers think I'm CRAZY.  (Strangely, they're right.)

After 5 years, you expect the pictures to STILL survive?

yes, the pictures WERE here, FIVE years ago.
(And, one of them still lives in MY backyard.)
