I have for sale New In Box WSM Stackers with Meat Hanger Hook Hardware (Bar, mounting hardware and 5 hooks) by ProQ for mounting in lid of WSM 18.5" so as to make possible the hanging of foods from inside the lid....just $33 for all. Retail on these was $79.95 for stacker and $9.95-$12.95 for Hanging Hardware which includes 5 hanging hooks.

18.5" WSM with Extra Stacker installed is shown above beside Widedog to illustrate size with the extra cooking level in.

Also I have ProQ grills, Excel 20 and Frontier and ProQ accessories...made a webpage with details but before you go there read whats under this link first:

WSM Stackers have also been used on Platinum Smoky Joe grills, One Touch Silver (OTS) and other (round) 18.5" grills...

One guy Smokey Joe Platinum 18.5" WSM stacker can be used if turned upside down

One Touch Silver grill too. "Reports" from guys who have made use of WSM Stacker on these grills include: "SJP lid fit perfectly on top of the ProQ section when it (WSM STACKER) is turned upside down".

"ProQ worked very well to turn the SJP into a quasi-WSM"

"The only problem I had was getting the ProQ unstuck from the SJP when I was done. Its a snug fit. It wasn't so snug that I was concerned but with the gunk that can collect it really took some work to get the two apart. Other than that it work well."

While my boss will not appreciate IN THE LEAST my saying this but in the interest of full disclosure I have to theres also been reports from on the Virtual Weber forum of WSM Stackers from ProQ, when used on WSM, resulting in noxious black goo escaping out the side of WSMs and running down the outside of the grill. :(

Now, I've not found reports of this beyond the Virtual Weber forum though and searched what I felt to be at least pretty extensively for such, for like an hour I looked...it felt like 3 hours really Googly WSM Stacker + every conceivable way to say Black Goo and WSM Stacker + "doesn't fit" and similar.

One guy on VWB reported that crimping the WSM Stacker produced a positive result but then, I believe, he checked in later to say that stacker got basically fused onto his WSM by the black goo.....or...... some such thing....

here.....decide for yourself via this link to search of Virtual Weber Bullet for all mention of "ProQ Stacker".......while I get my resume together:

New!
Seems like the stackers are on e-bay for reasonable right now.
I turned it upside down, massaged it a bit & put it on a 18.5" Weber grill.
Works great & no black goo here. I used a cut-off wheel on a grinder & cut slots about every 4" in the "bottom" of the stacker & then gently smacked then inward with a rubber mallet.
Pix here w/ an Apollo next to it.
