Title: Pizza on the Weber

I got 7 half height fire bricks at a masonry supply house in Mesa.  Cut one of them as shown in the photos below. 

Have done pizza several times in the past week or so. 

I'm finally getting the hang of it.

I think they were $1.79 each. Certainly less than $2.

For less than $15, I got a huge pizza stone, with the ability for many different configuration.

You can also use the red clay saucers from the large outdoor planters. Turn it upside down and use it. I do think the bricks would hold the heat much better.
