New 22" WSM

Discussion started on

jmcrig

Saw the guys at BBQ Island yesterday and picked up a 22" play mate for my 20 year old 18"er. Got a great price on it by letting them know I am a board member. As I write this it's being seasoned with beef and pork. You've just gotta love it.

Thank You BBQ Island

This will give you a good deal on the new 22 1/2" WSM and the new 26 3/4 " kettle. Time to break out the credit card.

You guys have never had a rotisserie unit for your Kettle? You don't know what your missin. That will cook up some of the best birds you've ever eaten....and to put it on the new 22" WSM is an interesting idea. I will have to try that after Snowbird.

Even doing the bird without roto turn out awesome in Kettles!!  As well as the roto on My gramps 1948 homebuilt (on the left) the thing is fire bricked bottom and sides it weighs a bunch!
