I was trying to rapidly get the temps up to finish off some chicken by blowing into the vents. My wife says it looks like I am kissing its butt! O0
Oh and the spatchcocked chicken turned out very good.

Well yea, that would have been easier...but not as fun. O0 This was the first cook on my dads WSM so we were mostly just playing around.
