what does everyone think about putting together a comp like iron chef style???

not knowing the mystery ingredient...

the other club i was with did this awhile back went over well. give us a break from k.c.b.s. etc.... rules etc....

plus bring the club together before it get's Arizona hot!!!lol

Who supplies this mystery meat?  Where does the prize $$ come from, infrastructure, etc?

well as i recall and lets not forget does not have to be meat :o also a % of entry went to payout and trophies.
we did this at the restaurant near anthem http://www.rockspringscafe.com/ ink  we had 15-20 teams assuming the are still willing to let us use it. sure they would.
might be able to-alsoget a couple sponsors on board. but figured i would see if intrest is there.
