Yup, a crazy day. Went and picked up material for an install today. Packing up tools and such. Taking Cindy to work, installing a custom tub surround, hitting the grocery store, a partial sauce prep at home, clean out and wash truck, load it up, load up the dogs, pick up cindy from work, drop off dogs at the kennel, and drive down the hill......whew...did i forget anything?...besides for the periodic caffiene booster.

Yea, it's looking like it will be a fantasitic weekend out there and we are really excited about it.

We were on 98 KUPD this morning, we brought them some BBQ and they had us on for about 20 minutes, it was outstanding.  Their two morning guys are coming out to be celebrity judges for us, so it should be very high energy.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out there tomorrow.  Drive safe and Let's Get Ready To BBQ!!!!

Hey Guy's,

We are about packed up and are really looking forward to the event.  I saw in the packet that we need some sort of test strips for the sanitizer/bleach pan.  Where in the hell do you get these?  Got pool strips ;)...

Side note:
I was able to cook for one of my school districts school fairs last weekend.  Cooked about 120 pounds of shoulder and brisket for sandwiches.  All proceeds went to my SPED classess on that campus.  Had a blast and it's all for the kids.  Too Much Fun ;D

Guys, DON'T Worry about the test strips.  The health dept wanted me to put those papers in your packet.  They are only interested in you having the 3 bin setup...

Sorry for the confusion...
